Investing in a particular offering is as simple as creating your account, reviewing and signing legal documents online, and making your first investment commitment through our portal. If the investment is oversubscribed, funds will be honored in the order received. We’re always available for a call to answer any questions or provide any needed assistance or support.

Access your portal at any time to retrieve documents and review your investment. Notifications of periodic updates on investment details and document availability will also be sent to you via email.
TRACK YOUR INVESTMENT AND COLLECT YOUR RETURNS
M31 Capital will send monthly distributions directly to your bank account or you may choose to receive a check by mail. When a property is sold, we will send your share of the profits based on the signed limited partnership agreement. Records of all distributions are conveniently recorded and accessible through your portal.
